The pieces are non-refundable once detached – regarding the repair policy.
We accept pieces for repair with the customer bearing the repair cost, but the customer is responsible for paying the delivery agent.
If there is an error from the operator in the sizes, we will cover the payment for the delivery agent.
The repair duration ranges from 7 to 10 days depending on the repair.
During the period of Ramadan and Eid, we accept repairs after Eid due to the high workload.
